Heart of Thornmere is named in honor of Thiraeille, the ancient Rootmother whose hidden grove lies deep within the sacred forests of Thornmere. To the Nymvari, she is the Heart of Thornmere—the first mother of their people, guardian of their homeland, and the living soul of the Woodlands they have protected since the dawn of the world.
Born from Vaelorin, the Earth God himself, Thiraeille is one of the oldest of the Cosmic Deities. Her roots are said to stretch unseen beneath the world, carrying the gift of life through every forest, river, and meadow. From those same roots, the Nymvari are born, emerging not through bloodlines but as children of the Rootmother herself. Though they honor all of the Cosmic Deities, it is to Thiraeille that they devote their lives, believing that so long as the Heart of Thornmere endures, the world itself shall continue to flourish. Served in tribute to the Rootmother's enduring grace, this tea honors the quiet strength that sustains life unseen—a reminder that the deepest roots often bear the greatest burdens, asking for nothing in return.
